Cancellation and Rescheduling

To secure your appointment, a credit card is required. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your card will only be charged if our cancellation policy is violated. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $100 fee.

Late Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time if you are a new patient. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may necessitate rescheduling to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments. If you anticipate being late, please call us so we can adjust accordingly.

No Refunds
